At Crissey Farm

The temperatures are still hovering in the 60s most days but with only five weeks until Christmas we are well and truly into the season. Decorations are popping up here and there and Santa is scheduled to make early visits throughout the region (one wonders how he gets any work done at the North Pole!).

We’re sure you have to book him a year in advance but Crissey Farm at 426 Stockbridge Road and Drag Story Hour Berkshires will be among the earliest to have the Clauses visit. The venue will hold its second annual “Cookies & Cocoa with the Clauses” Sunday, December 8th in partnership with Cakes in the Wild and The Bookloft.

There will be two sessions at 10AM and 12:30PM at Crissey Farm. Each session will feature opportunities to meet Santa and Mrs. Clause, take photos and enjoy holiday cheer. Cakes in the Wild will provide freshly baked cookies for children to decorate and Barrington Brewery will provide hot cocoa. Classic holiday stories will be read aloud and each child will receive a gently used holiday book to take home.

Additionally, The Bookloft will have a special table with books, crafts and holiday items available for purchase. Every child attending will receive a coupon to spend at the store.
